do.town is asking residents to make a commitment to 'do' something that encourages healthy choices in your home and your community. Being part of do.town means leaders and residents are dedicated to working together to create change — the kind of change that will make it easier to incorporate physical activity and healthy eating into everyday life. But they can’t do it alone. Together with fellow residents, your commitment will help make our community a healthier place to live, work and play.

I pledge to bring my own lunch to work at least 3 days a week.

I will take the stairs at work and at my apartment. I also peldge to park farther away and walk.
